Timeline - Post Dirge (set roughly a year after that game’s ending)
Leading up to the present day - Strange and unknown occurrences have happened all over the planet. Grasslands dying as well as domesticated and wild animals. In few cases, there have been reports of mass panic. Delirium & angst driving random acts of violence and in the rarest of cases, murder.
Stepping in as president, Reeve’s first act of retaliation is to call forth scientists and brilliant minds to WRO’s research facilities throughout the land to begin researching in hopes of finding the source before it takes a toll on the populace as a whole.
Within the catastrophic turn of events, there are rumors. Loose talk of Shinra regrouping as well. All of which can not be confirmed or denied. One thing however is for certain. The planet is in distress and will once again seek the aid from a selected group of heroes to right the wrongs for good.
Please Note : This is a rough outline and there will be some added twists and turns to keep everyone on their toes. For now, I hope this sates some of your basic questions. Feel free to ask away and I will do my best, or if any mod would like to do so, answer them in a timely fashion

The RP I don't care about at all. Maybe the other peeps do. But I'll keep the general boards alive. I was going to make my own thread about stupid stuff and I have a bunch of half written stuff that I'm going to post but I haven't gotten around to finishing it.

I don't know who else is about though, I know Tifa is going through some stuff and so is unavailable. Have you guys heard from Yuffie/Aeris, or Ian or any of the others?

I talk to Ian almost every day on MSN. From what I understand he checks here but he just never logs in. As for Mariah, I called her about two weeks ago but I wasn't really able to speak to her for that long. She has work and school I think so maybe she's busy. I dunno.

I'm not fully dead... yet. Although I've been going around and round with forclosure proceedings and dealing with asshole banks, I manage to still find time in the day to goof off and play games. I suppose if I have that much time, I should devote more of it here huh? Yeah >.<, sorry about that one.
On the bright side, that is.... if there is one of those left still, it seems the board for whatever reason has attracted two more members? Or maybe I miscaculated that number. Anyways, I'm gonna say as far as me personally having a major role in the storyline will more than likely be sparatic. Or atleast it will be until I know 100% certain as to where my residence will be as of... oh what was it again >.<, oh "Dec. 16th" Psh, fucking asses... I seriously would like to take a dead fish that'd been rotting in the sun for a week or so and bitch slap these high and mighty bankers -.- But that's beside the point.
Glad to know someone has spoken with Mariah. I know I talked with Travis a while back and he said he too had contacted her but as far as actually having a lengthy convo, I'm guessing it was a no go as there as well. Whatver the case, it seems like all of us are still here. Or at least the vet members anyways.......
which leaves a lot to figure out as to who is still in this and who isn't.
So....
Any word from Camp Lycan? Or Camp Genesis? Hmm, for that matter anything out of Mr. Buie? I meant to write him but there really isn't any need in sending anything out by mail if I'm not going to be here in two weeks -.-' I wanted to also send you guys something but I suppose that will have to wait till after the holidays has past. At least this year anyways. So maybe I'll be able to send out V-Day presents instead.
Anyways, i'm babbling. Frustrated and I haven't had my train of thought on track for several weeks now. So yeah, I'm off to go dual with some dragons in Skyrim (didn't think I'd like that game that much but it is fun ^.^)

OK, well we could send out an e-mail to some of the members, as it doesn’t hurt to at least check if people are up for a restart. Jake, you reckon Ian would be up for it?
Tifa, it’s good to hear from you, hope things are going better now. Hopefully you’ll be in a better situation soon enough!

Another mass email right now is probably what the board needs. At least it'd weed out all of the previous members in question. Mostly I'm concerned about Genesis, Zack & Noctis. Although C's character wouldn't harm the storyline that is wrote out thus far, but it would certainly make it more interesting. Especially since I was told of his plans of how he would incorprate Noctis into the story. But who knows? So much has happened, and will continue to happen outside of the board that it might prove next to near impossible for us all to continue with what I'd originally thought up with Miss Mariah. Is everyone else still enrolled in college? I wouldn't know since I've been out of school for nearly a decade now. Classes and whatnot are not my strong suit as far as keeping tabs on semesters and exams. (blegh) I just know that I envy you guys. At least you had the balls to stick to it where I on the otherhand, just as soon as I was finished, I ran as far away from education as possible. Anyway, not even sure why I'm going on about that. It's not the issue here. So getting back to the matter at hand, shall we? If you guys are indeed serious about this, you can still contact me if needed. I think Jake, Travis and even Joe has my actual phone number. I had all of theirs as well but with me cleaning out the house, a lot has been thrown away so I don't even know if I still have the address book anymore. So best thing to do is to check on msn for vedder. If i'm there, great. If not? Send an email to that or to pjnocode over at AOL. I'm at least active as far as checking those. As a last ditch effort, if I am needed for whatever reason, try my Xbox account (Joe, Travis, and someone else here has me added) Other than that, if Matt needs someone to write the email, or if he wants to take it on himself, then it's open. I can help in that matter if needed be. But we do need to figure out if Mariah and Travis are still up for this. I would seriously hate to continue without them. And honestly, I wouldn't think it'd be the same. No disrespect to the newcomers, but for as long as I've been a part of this board, they have been here nearly as long. So I suppose I consider them my family here. Besides, it'd be just as bad if we lost Reno, Seph, or Vincent. And especially Hojo =p Sorry ass, he's made an art of lurking hasn't he? Ian, you ass... even I make it a point to log in at least once a month *hint hint* But aye, just so long as you're around, that's all that matters, right? Gah, I need to shut up. Let me know. I'll be..... around. Here or there. For now, I'm returning to the world of Skyrim. My character is seriously lacking in her shouts. And I've only slain 5 dragons on my own. Well, at least we seem to have most of the old crew on board to keep it going. I'll take a few minutes one of these days and send out a mass email, see what we might be able to get going now that the semester is probably wrapping up for most college students.
