As most of you know, a Staff Meeting was held to determine what changes would need to be made to the shit to bring it back to some semblance of being under control. A great deal of topics were discussed thoroughly, and the following changes were made by majority decision:
1. Establishment of Official Rules and Regulations. These will be posted on the Registration Boards effective immediately.
2. The creation of an Archive Board to store old threads that the players wish to keep but need to be taken out of the way. These threads will be locked and moved from their original location to the Archive. It will be available for viewing and reference to all members, but posting in this board will be explicitly prohibited for any non-staff members.
3. A formal Template for Character Creation. Fairly self explanatory. Will be posted in the Registration Boards as well.
4. Summary of events thread. Basically, once players start getting into the really big Canon RP events, updates on the "Story so far..." will need to be made to accommodate new players who might be making their way into the boards late in a specific plot. The thread will be created and updated as RP events unfold. Posting in this thread is prohibited to ALL members, except Staff who are updating the plot points or making a very specific note in regards to a particular point in the plot.
5. Establishment of a Non-Canon RP thread. As per one of the new rules, characters cannot participate in more than one Canon RP thread, and as such, a non-canon board will be created a sate the RP needs for our more multi-thread oriented members.
