"It's very possible where I am from," she smirked for a moment.
She confused many of her current allies and friends with this part, most didn't believe her until much later. Plus she didn't make a huge deal about it. If they wanted to believe that she was from someplace else they can go right on ahead, or they could just think that she is lying. Either way it didn't matter to her, it didn't change her predicament, so it wasn't vital to her that EVERYONE knew her secret.
"Shinra isn't in existence,"

"So...what you're saying is that youve been living in a cave all your life."He was just kidding but really that was the best his mind would allow. Unless she was an alien. He looked away and snickered. "No wonder you're so gorgeous! Youre from a totally different planet, arent you? Or are you an angel maybe?"He chuckled to himself. Atleast he was having fun...

Lightning rolled her eyes and shook her head before resting it on her fist. He wasn't too far off about the alien thing, she was from a different world after all. "Yes a different planet," she muttered with another roll of her eyes. "An angel? Far from it,"
Her looks may have made people look at her, she knew she wasn't that bad looking, but she wasn't going to strut around like a little slut and try and bed as many men as possible. She'd find the right guy eventually, and then she'd settle down. For now though, she'd have fun with her life...or at least live it how she wanted.

"Well...I guess I could believe it. Your beauty is outta this world, thats for sure." He crossed his arms over his chest. "So wheres your sister now?" He asked her seriously.

"Home. I haven't seen her in a couple months. She's probably married to that damn idiot," she said agitated.
Snow. He was a great guy, but she wondered how many times he got punched in the head. They guy was caring, she'd give him that, but his carefree personality was something that needed to stop, especially if he wanted to have kids ,like he said.
She wasn't sure WHAT Serah saw in him, but she was always so happy with him that she accepted him. Of course it didn't change her outlook on him. His head strong attitude might have helped them during their trials, but not often. He seriously needed to grow up...a little.

"Couldn't I was here," she responded with a shrug. "Besides they might be waiting for me to return. Or they're looking for me. Any of them are possible,"
She nodded to the bartender when her food arrived but she didn't touch any of it. Her deep blue eyes stared at it. "I wonder if we never took down the Sanctum none of this would have happened..."
She slammed her hand on the table and growled. "No! everyone is a live that's all that matters! No one is a crystal,"

"Umm...?" He didnt quite know what that was about. It was funny how the Demon of Midgar himself, the bearer of hundreds of contacts all over the world had NO clue what she was talking about. It frustrated him in a way because he couldnt help her."You ok?" He asked her, the concern evident on his face.

"Yeah. sorry. I was just thinking," she whispered taking a bite of the fry she had in her hand.
She needed to get her mind off of things. If her sister was here then things would be different, she could live with her sister...and the moron, here. Of course there was Hope, and Vanille...and Sazh, Fang, Sazh's son Dajh. She had become friends with them and actually missed them. Even Snow.
She let out a breathe. "Just a little frustrated,"

"Homesick huh?Yeah..I know the feeling"He sighed"I could only just imagine the way you feel though..I dont have that many friends at all and...my bestie just passed away recently.Besides him..I never had much of a family...the closest I ever had was a drunk old man with a young soul and the family dog."He laughed. He sure had his days with Zoru though...he couldnt believe that this whole time he was his true father. Zoru lied straight to his face for not just 10 years, but possibly his whole life too now...

"I don't really care where I am. It's mostly my companions and friends that I miss," she said with a shrug.
It was true. Her friends were her home, her family. Sure it was dysfunctional and probably one of the strangest puzzles in the world, but they all completely each other and that's what really matter. Serah was welcomed when she was turned back to normal and all of them had decided to stay in contact, and they all lived in the same area, so it wouldn't be a problem seeing each other. Of course she didn't get a chance to spend any real time with anyone since she was thrown into this world only two days after their victory.

"Understandable." He nodded."Just curious but...whyd you leave them in the first place?" This woman definately had his interest. Usually he would of quit ages ago if he just wanted to screw her and be done with it. That was not at all the case with Miss. Lightning though. As beautiful as she was he didnt have any disgusting thoughts come to mind as he stared at her. And that was usually rare.

"It wasn't by choice," she said vaguely.
She didn't really know the male next to her and certainly wasn't going to tell her story to him just because they were sitting in a bar next to each other. She barely told any of her friends anything about her, the only one who would know anything was Serah. They were sisters after all it only made sense that her little sister would know about her, if she didn't she wasn't sure what her sister was staring at and thinking about all the time.

"Just because it doesn't look like I've been forced here, doesn't mean I'm here willingly," she responded before taking a bite of her sandwich and chewing it.
She had gotten used to the way people lived here and learned a lot about their history, how they were the way they were today. It was similar to what had happened in her own world, but still, the differences were there.
She had done research and seen plays on history and fantasy to see what she was going to be living in. The world was different, but easy to get accustomed too. "It was only two days after we had taken down our government...and something sent me here,"
