I know right? I've learned my lesson for furture gameplay... either kill him at the start of the game or send him packing back to his wife to be when he asks what he should do.

Ah...
That's the nice thing about living near the country. When you show up for the midnight release of a game, there's only five other people there.

Lucky... it just took me 34 mins to get from where I was at in line up to the cash register. And that's WITH a reciept in which the game was paid in full in advance. But I suppose it doesn't help that the gamestop I go to not only has to give out copies the store itself sells, but the one in the mall as well. So when something like COD comes out, it's not like someone is gonna go in there thinking there is only going to be a five minute wait. Even for Fable 3, I still had to wait a good seven-ten mins
Anyways, I'm just glad to be home.

The Gamestop that I frequent did the same thing, had two separate lines for the story itself and for the Mall customers. Anyway, wish I coulda picked up BO, but alas, all my CoD buddies are on PS3, and my PS3 is still out of commission. I got a few lulz when I found out that you could play as Robert McNamara, John F. Kennedy, Richard Nixon, AND Fidel Castro in zombies mode ^o^

I haven't got to see the zombies yet but that's funny. Might have to steal the copy from the livingroom and try it in here. Oh, I did stop by a pawn shop here in town just to see if they had any old ps 2 games and found out they had quite a bit of 360 games instead. So for 10 bucks I got a like new copy of Civilization Revolution. Not sure if I'll like it but I do know I use to love to play Civilization 2 on the pc for hours on end. Same goes for Empire Earth and Age of Empires so this should be worth the small amount I've invested in it at least. Or so I hope anyways.....
Anyone play prototype yet? It's an older game but not overly old and the guy had one of those sitting in the case for 15 dollars. I wasn't sure if I'd want to play it but the idea of the storyline seemed interesting enough. Just wasn't fully sold on the idea of dropping another 15 bucks there is all.
Anyways... i'm yammering when I should be doing some things around the house. >.>

I wouldn't normally buy a Civ game or a game in the same vein on a console. Just isn't designed for that platform. But meh, whatever floats your boat. And no, I didn't try Prototype after it got pretty subpar reviews, so w/e. I'm back on Halo Reach again, just so I can get my money's worth out of it before I leave it for good.

Ah... I miss playing games.
There's not much time left for fighting zombies on a screen when you are too busy poking around dead people at school.

I'd die without my game time....
I now remember why I didn't like the sims for the console as much as I did the pc. Money cheats and cowplants -.-' I'm sure i can find a money cheat but I know the Sims 3 isn't going to have cowplants unfortunatly. Ah well
~shrug~
I've still been playing it for nearly three hours so EA did something right haha

Ugh...just got banned from Halo Reach for credit boosting. Thanks to that, I'm pretty much dropping Xbox for a while, probably won't jump back on for anything gaming related til at least after Thanksgiving (since I plan to bring Ace Combat 6 back with me from home and playing the crap out of that). That said, my PS3 is fixed as well, so its time to get Black Ops up and running on my PS3. Only thing I'll be jumping back on Xbox for on a regular basis now is Netflix...
Just a little bit of a rant on my part here, but I don't get what the big fucking deal is with getting banned for two whole weeks for credit boosting for ONE DAY. Maybe they were trying to teach me a lesson or something, but all they ended up doing was losing yet another Reach player to the CoD gods. If it were something where my rank affected actual gameplay would be one thing, but the fact that you're rank is just a way to chart milestones in your credit progress, and the fact that the credits themselves only serve to allow you to change your character cosmetically, it just seems like entirely too much effort is being used to track down and ban the people who just want that one cool helmet for their armor set. And with less than 100k players online at any given time, Reach is already a dying product anyway, so why bother? Let the glitchers glitch away, if its not affecting online gameplay. Just my opinion. Either way, whats done is done, Black Ops here I come. [end rant]

Two weeks? Seriously? Wow... when Railroad threw a ranked race in Forza, they banned him for a weekend. But I never heard someone get banned for something like that for so long....
Speaking of glitchers, COD is THE WORST! The leader boards are all a joke starting from world at war and all the way up. I asked RR yesterday if anyone has figured out how to glitch yet on black ops and so far so good. Only a matter of time till they do I'm afraid.
Anyways, I was surprised with prototype this morning. It was laying in the seat of the car and yeah... I tend to find my presents early >.> Haha, so I'm guessing I'll be playing it between Fable 3, the online thingie Zack talked about on the pc, and The Sims (plus whatever r/l requires)
So yeah, gonna be a long day of slacking for me =)

Actually, people figured out how to hack Black Ops before it came out. A guy who got a copy of the game early managed to hack the game to get 15th Prestige after only one match. So yeah, CoD already has 'em. Although the people that do have it seem pretty tight knit about it and some are even using the hack to turn a profit. Only a matter of time before it hits the general populace, I suppose.

That's a shame... why even try and be legit when everyone else isn't? Kinda defeats the purpose (or maybe that's just my logic) Oh well, if there is a way to cheat, there will always be someone out there to bend the rules.
(lol, even I am so dependant on boolprop cheats for the sims 2. Major difference there is, it's not a shared online game experience)
Anyways, I'll hush
