As much as I adore VII, Jake has a point. They've made just as many games for it as they are going to do with XIII. So I can't argue the point that it's too many when VII also had Crisis Core and Dirge to further the VII"s storyline progression. I'm stil lit about the topic simply because when I knew there would be two separate XIII's coming out (one of course with a female lead, and one with a male lead) I thought.... hmm okay, well I know which one I'll probably like the most but left it at that. But then after this shit, I'm almost to the point of wanting to hate FF like I've grown to loathe EA's bullshit they have done with The Sims. Enough is fucking enough!!! If you CANT come up with an ORIGINAL concept, don't fucking release it in the first place! Is that too much to ask these nitwits now and days?

I would certainly agree with the whole "no new ideas in gaming" theme everyone seems to be following here. (Excluding Double Fine - Tim Schafer rocks the crazy original games.)
And coming back to an old topic since I jumped in late (I am the master of doing so), I would have to strongly recommend Gurren Lagann to you, Tif-ster. You would adore the zany, sometimes sexual, mostly over-the-top actiony and self-aware humor that is "BELIEVE IN THE KAMINA THAT BELIEVES IN THE SIMON THAT BELIEVES IN THE KAMINA THAT BELIEVES IN SIMON!"
...Don't worry, you'll get that joke if you watch the series.
...Also, Viryl is HAWT.

All right, the minds have gathered, and time grows short.
We need to start this thing now, or not at all.
I, for one, think that we should all be brought together for this event. Not to abandon past threads or anything, but Matt and I had an entire adventure planned for the cannon plot, which scarcely seems to fit traveling cross-continents for a Christmas party. Such things can be picked back up at the progression of a goal, but as it stands, we don't have time for it.
Let's pick a place and get to it. We may not all start together, but we should be in the same vicinity for the sake of time, at least.
Also, thank you for the birthday wishes! :D Twenty never felt so good!

Ah...
I really don't want to get into what kept me away this long. Besides, it's still the holiday season and who am I to be the one that is the grinch anyways? Well I could be >.> but for once I'm gonna take the road less traveled and keep my blimin'complainin' to myself ^_^
But anyways, so you guys still wanna do this? I sorta died around the 23rd, but somehow revived what little bit of free time I had just now. Maybe later today that'll save some time for me to start the prep' for a nice new years bash at the bar. Nothing like a bunch of drunken rpers gettin' in the mood..... wait that so didn't come out right >.< my mind is so .... so..... messy right now.

I watched Rin! That was one fucked up anime! But I loved it!!!! I felt so bad for her by the end of that. Even when she had the one guys baby. She lost so much... I just wanted to hug her =( But she'd probably rape me or strap me down to some table and do God only knows so... I'll keep my distance **cough**
haha, yeah but ANYWAY, sheesh >.> me and my messed up fetish for anime all of the sudden. **sigh** uhh, I'll try and get a post in. I read your poemish post Seph, haha. That was adorable I must say. Even though I am not quite sure how I'd react if I actually did have Sephiroth invade my home with gifts and such. I might just have to.....
I'm gonna go on that note. Least for a little while. Not sure when Ash is coming in, or what the hell we are doing as a supposed family later. I hope nothing. But that seems to change on a whim all of the sudden. No promises, but I would like to have a post up by nightfall.
