((Must keep RP moving!! >< ))
The raven haired man took about five steps away from the group then stopped. He thought to himself for a moment. Perhaps he should confront them. Then maybe he could figure out how and why this blood bath had to happen. He narrowed his eyes again and turned back to them.
"Why all this blood shed?" he called out to the three. His voice though was a bit soft still carried to them in fierce anger. "Why did so many have to die?"

The voice did not surprise him, as he had expected someone had been observing them for some time now. Whether this was the one or not, he did not know, but that wasn't the issue at hand. He turned and faced the man, just so that he would giving the man an unwanted advantage should he decide to attack.
"Why don't you ask them? They chose to fight to the bitter end, and I answered their resolution with the honor of a warrior's death, one they rightfully deserved. Had they chosen to retreat, I would have allowed them to do so."
He quietly observed the man, along with the sea of bodies that had been the topic of conversation.
"When neither side can afford to lose a battle, on which they have staked everything, what else can be done than fight until no enemy is left standing? Under such circumstances, your only options are victory or death. And I refuse to succumb to death ever again, and so, with that determination I carried my sword and my soul into battle and gave everything I had for my own goals."
He glanced at all three people present with him for their reactions. How would they respond to his speech? Hojo likely didn't care either way, but Aeris and this man might be different stories.
"They chose to do the same, and in so doing they brought about their own demise, as you see here."
Waving his hand, he expressed no emotion on his face. It was the bitter truth. They were mere soldiers fighting on opposing sides with nothing more to lose, and this was the result.

Vitex looked around for a moment. He sighed heavily as his gaze returned to the silver haired swordsman. Shaking his head he narrowed his eyes.
"You are right. they got the honor they wished for. Battle hungry warriors deserve an honorable death. However there were many here that did not wish for death and did not chose to fight. They did not deserve to die."

Was this man a fool? It certainly seemed that way to him.
"And you expect me to be held accountable for every single person that was killed? I am but one man. This was a battle between armies. I haven't the ability to monitor the actions of every single soldier under my command."
The harsh reality is that war tended to bring out the darkest parts of one's personality. The primal instincts that were the foundation of the human race. And sometimes those instincts craved for something that many would consider...horrific.
"I slew only those who came at me with the intent of my death. If any non-combatants were killed by those under my command..."
He looked around at the lack of living bodies.
"...then I would wager that the favor was returned, and they too met an untimely demise."

"I do not hold you reasonable for anything," he stated turning his gaze to Hojo. "I hold HIM responsible for everything!" Finding his footing, Vitex lifted his axe and pointed it at the mad scientist.
"It is his fault for everything. His fault for the slaughter here, His fault that You and I even exist!" He snapped in anger.

Hojo turned his upper body to face the man, and crossed his arms. It was him after all. He wasn't so sure at first, but now there was no mistake. Hojo hoped the man wouldn't recognize him. Atleast not yet. It was... not a good time. But he knew the three of them would be more than a match for him now. This wouldn't be a fight.
Hojo shrugged his shoulders. "And?"

"You should Die, old man. You should Die the mots slowest and painful of deaths for everything you have done!" Vitex snapped.
"It was you who put my mother through the horrors she had gone through!" he snarled taking a step forward. As he did this he changed. Turning from a man to a black wolf. (( see the wolf in my sig)) "You who will die by my hand alone." his eyes glowed bright and fierce. However he did not move farther towards the group then he was. He wanted Hojo dead. But the woman and the silver haired swordsman standing there, it was a fight he would not win. He settled for baring his fangs at him.

It would have seemed that yet another person had appeared to confront the three most likely another lowly ranking officer of the other oppossing side and would soon be killed, it would seem thet Kizna was wrong as he transformed into some werid wolf-like form. The gleam in that mans eyes had changed into a much blazing glare of hate towards that one man, Hojo.
"So who ever this person is, if he be weak or not, he will most definatly only add onto my chances" Slightly tipping hear hat to the side as she scratched the side of her head. "If he does choose to attack Hojo and at least can hold him off for 5 minutes, this will most definatly give me enough time to strike down the girl and leave Sephiroth all to myself."
Flipping out her cell-phone she made a quick call to her employer "Hey theres been a change of plans as it would seem there is a slight chance for me to get rid of Sephiroth, would you like me to eliminate him?" quickly getting the conformation she hung up and swiftly yet silently moved towards Sephiroth and the girl in the shadows, as her first target the misterious girl. With Athena, her Rapier in hand she would cut her down "probubility of her being struck down without resistence is 68% if Sephiroth doesnt interfere."
Lightly raising her dark sunglases she measured her range from here to the girl to make sure there were no mistakes. Close in range for attack Kizna stood behind a half broken down building waiting for the new-comer to makes his move so she could take the chance to finish her job in only mere minutes....she could only hope during this progress that she wasnt exposed to much blood as she held onto her sunglasses.
"Red...is such an ugly color..."

His enhanced senses picked up the words that yet another person seemed to have spoken. He decided to not let the newcomer know that his or her presense was detected, in an attempt to discover the newcomer's objectve. He prepped himself mentally for any possibilty, as the likelihood of an attack now increased dramatically, and a pincer maneuver against them would complicate things, if only slightly. For the the time being, he spoke to the man in front of him, but remained cautious of the new presense behind.
"If it is Hojo's death that you wish for, then I am afraid that I will have to deny you. At least for now, his aid is one that I require. You are free to make attempts at his life at your discretion, but I will not stand quietly and allow it to happen."
Since the man had drawn his weapon, it only made strategic sense to draw his own, and so with godlike grace he drew the Masamune, and held it firmly, ready for an attack from both sides at any moment.

The wolf snorted and stopped baring his fangs at Hojo. His angry gaze turned back to Sephiroth.
"I wish for his death... It WILL happen one day," he took a step back knowing that Sephiroth could deal out serious damage to him even if he couldn't die. It would still hurt a lot. "There has been far too much bloodshed today..." the wolf turned to go. "If you wish to keep that mad man alive... you had best stick close to him."
As he turned from the group he reverted to his human form, put his axe upon his back, and turned his head towards hojo, "One of these day I will find you. Alone and unguarded. You had best pray your judgment day isn't soon." And with that he walked away.

"Bleh well isnt this just great..." Kizna said to herself "I guess things arent gonna go the way I had hoped but no matter theres bound to be someone else to come by sooner or later...I'll just have to use them." Looking on she could see that maybe Sephiroth knew of her presense or maybe he was just being cautious, eitherway this would do her no good to fight all three without careful planning. Checking her watch she could see that this was gonna be longer to acomplish then she thought as she has yet to gather any information that was critical to her observation of Sephiroth other then his swordsmanship.
Kizna had seen enough of Sephiroth strikes to now know how he thought if he was calm minded in battle but what if he was berzerk or angered, would he fight the same way? Most likely not but that seemed to peak kizna's curiosity. Slowly she back away to keep some distance from them as she now thought of a more better plan, why attack upclose when you can take them out from far away or at least weaken them from a far them slay them up close.
After gaining a bit of yards away Kizna hide behind yet another wall but this time she punched a hole right through it for visual purposes. Checking in her Case of weapons she took out a Shinra Lab tested mako sniper which ran on mako energy and sniper bullets of coarse. This special sniper was made for master high ranking marksmen from SOLDIER, only seven were made but most were stolen from AVALANCHE during the attack of SHINRA Headquaters, Kizna was given hers from a one of Hojo's scientist for a job well done but without pay. Of coarse Kizna at first was angered and furious as she was expecting a high pay but then she soon found out this sniper was well worth what she was gonna get paid for as this sniper was designed to bypass practically anything in its way as the fusion power of the sniper force and mako engery made it be able to vaporize any sort of armor and weapon, well almost anything.
With this in mind she knew that her chances of succeeding were definatly gona change from a low percent to a skyrocketing 50%+. "Sephiroth its time for you to say good by as this will be the end for you once and for all" Closely taking aim she targeted Sephiroth awaiting for another good chance as she did not want this to miss, she wanted to make sure it was a perfect shot. Slightly grinning Kizna could only picture Sephiroths demise...

Immediately he could tell that something was amiss. His eyes darted across every inch of land he could possibly cover. What was he looking for? And where? The answer escaped him as his eyes continued to roam the space before him. His body was unmoving, unbelievably tense in anticipation of whatever was sure to occur. He was ready to move at a moments notice.
"......."
He said nothing to his companions for fear of breaking his own concentration and spelling his own doom. The slightest inch given to an enemy might be all he needs to take you down. It was a basic lesson he both learned and taught to others as a member of SOLDIER. Suddenly, something caught in the corner of his eye. An eerie reflection in a hole. It took him a split second to register what it was, and immediately grabbed Aeris and began to roll behind the safety of a wall.
"TAKE COVER!"
His yell was directed at Hojo, who likely hadn't realized what was going on just yet. They were the targets of a sniper, who had taken advantage of the after battle confusion to attempt to take them out, no doubt...this day just kept getting better.

Aiming toward Sephiroth head she fired upon him only to miss him only a few inches as the bullet force slashed through some of the demons sliver hair, melting the hair that had been torn in an instantly before it hit the ground. "Dammit!" it would seem the she must've been detected as she saw him grab that girl and hide from her sniper range. Angered but with a slight grin on her face Kizna had realized one weakness of Sephiroth, that girl. There was no mistake about it, after all why would he bother protecting her? She didn't look like some Shinra executive or as the matter of fact someone even special, plus even if it was a executive or someone special to him it seemed to her Sephiroth was known to be cold blooded that he would not care for someone else's safety unless he needed there assisstance.
"Bleh, I can't very well let you off the easily Sephiroth as we've yet to begun to play" Moving a few feet to the right with no protection but with full view of Sephiroth position, Kizna set herself down to position herself to aim at that demonic war god. "Hmm lets see he's moved about only 20.4 feet to the east from the original position, I've moved to the west about 13.2 feet so..." Quickly caluculating the direction of the wind and the bullet force of how it would turn if she fired it, Kizna set the Sniper to fire off at a bit of an angle from Sephiroths position.
"Now be gone Sephiroth for good this time!" three loud shots rang as they hit there mark within 2.4 seconds, well not exactly as when Kizna took another glace with her goggles she saw that they had moved somehow from the spot she had predicted. Clinching her fist Kizna could only wonder how Sephiroth was gonna be able to tell she would move to finish him off as soon as possible, bleh maybe it was dumb luck but she highly doubted it. "Fine...if I can't kill you Sephiroth, then I'll just have to settle for the HOJO!" At that split second Kizna aimed without thought as if she was possessed at Hojo who still remained at his orginal position as if he didn't care.
With a evil grin Kizna could taste the irony, she was soon about to kill the man who she had worked for the very same weapon that she was about to kill him with...

This had not been his first tango with experienced snipers, and because of that, he knew more or less how they operated. Under normal battlefield circumstances, a sniper would have taken a clue and attempted escape from his position upon being discovered, why hadn't this one? He turned to Aeris.
"Listen to me, I want you to move along this building line in a low crawl. That will minimize the sniper's ability to hit you. Judging from the trajectory of the bullet, I can calculate the general position of the sniper and strike. Whatever you do, do not leave any kind of cover. As long as you stay covered, she will not be able to trace your movements."
Having seen where the sniper had fired from, he knew exactly which building to attack, and which course to take with minimal risk of taking fire to get there. This fool obviously knew what he or she was doing, but did not take into account his decades of battlefield experience.
"Move sporadically, and random distances and for random amounts of time. This will make you impossible to predict as long as you are not spotted. Now move!"
Not waiting for confirmation that she understood, he began moving. He glanced at Hojo for a split second, and deemed it to risky to attempt and save the man. His best option would be to get to the sniper directly and take the person out. He moved along the shadows of buildings with lightning speed. Reaching his destination, he could clearly hear the refined *BANG* of the rifle as it was fired on the other side of the wall right in front of him. He readied his Masamune and slashed the wall in front of him, revealing to him the sniper. A female, he saw. He could see her head turning to look at him almost in slow motion as he brought his sword down towards the girl with the intent of ending her life.

Instinctly, without knowing herself she quickly had pulled out Athena to her defense against the attack but was swept back a couple feet back, astonished all she could do was stare into his gaze of death. To Kizna it felt as if time had slowed down as if seconds were minutes, almost felt an eternity to her watching him. Soon it kicked into her that right now would not have been the best idea to fight him now, her mind was just not in that perfect state of mind somehow but its not like Sephiroth would just let her go now, She had endangered their lives to an extent to kill.
"Just die already!" With a wild chance of hope Kizna aimmed the Sniper at Sephiroth directly but was useless as he quickly knocked it out of her hands before he could pull the trigger and attempted to slash her in half. Luckily she dodged just in time to roll outta the way but was kicked on the side of the ribs. Kizna just fell to the floor gasping for air, Sephiroth just stood there maybe even disapointed by the fact that he might've expected more from her.
"...ugh...damn...you" Kizna just looked up at Sephiroth with anger in her eyes, but in truth Kizna was attempting to trap Sephiroth as she knew that he would have gotten to her sooner or later but she didn't expect it to turn out this bad. Raising his Masamune for the final blow Kizna pressed the button to her trap which activated slots in the holes of the ground to open and fire upon Sephiroth with the added bonus of gas for escape. She had thought of everything to the most little detail but she was sure that hadn't had killed him, he was beyond that any mere-SOLDIER would have died from, with this in mind she quickly retreated from the area to rethink her stratagy before the gas had dissipated.
".....how is this even even happening?" she kept telling herself, but she just couldn't grasp the fact that he was well rounded at everything even as she was but he was in another league of his own. After a bit of distance away was acheived she noticed that blood had been dripping from her cheek, that warm feeling of that red substance was on her face. All she could do was look dead at her hand but just then she heard a sound behind the shadows of a building. Could it be...yes it was, that girl that Sephiroth had protected, she was just a few feet away. Then she remembered that maybe she might be the key to Sephiroth's demise maybe if Kizna had captured her she might have a chance to kill him. Normally this wasn't Kizna's style but there had been no weakness other then this that she could pin-point on him so she had no alternative she would have to kill or cature that girl, which ever happened would still please Kizna in her time of frustration.
Slowly taking out Athena Kizna charged toward the girl without hesitation...this was now all or nothing.
