It always does. The time will seem to stretch for eternity the closer it gets.

Lol speak for yourselves. It doesn't feel like an eternity for me but that's probably because I'm not really excited about it.

For me, I really don’t have anything at all to look forward to this year other than ME 3 so sure it’s a big deal. Besides, EA lost all respect from me when they decided to release the next EP to the Sims as some bullshit add-in so people could make celebs out of their Sims and share them on face book. Seriously, face book? That’s total bullshit. Idk, maybe I’m showing my age now but I don’t see how that is a good idea for 50 dollars. The only money I’ll be paying in is for ME 3. The Sims bullshit EP? Nope. If a family member later on down the road would wanna buy it for me half price around my b-day, I’ll install the thing. Otherwise, I will not be dropping a dime on the shit.
But yeah… anyways. I watched the x-play exclusive online with Adam. That was pretty cool. Kinda weird that a turian would be trapped on a human moon, but maybe I interpreted that part wrong. Maybe it’s not Earth’s moon he’s on when you go to rescue him, but a moon to another planet. Regardless, I’m glad to know after making through the first part of the game (namely the demo section) one of the first missions involves one of my favorite species. And even though I was not happy at all when it was leaked about the first DLC character, I’m still leaning towards getting him later on. If nothing else, to figure out just how he managed to escape his fate while his entire race was captured and made into gigantic bug-slaves for the reapers.

Wow that's a lot of space to take up... but i'm sure your pc can handle it. So what is that exactly anyways? I know I just watched the guy talking about the new indepth trailer that was released and I finally got to see Mordin on the new Normady and Jack, although Jack.... she looks freaky with hair. -shivers- I think I like the old Jack with her shaved head. But idk, I'm just happy to know she'll at least be in a fight. Just not sure which one that one was. Oh and I saw Anderson leading a squad with a salarian and a turian behind him into battle. both of which are not Mordin or Garrus. But Garrus gave a damn fine speech which leaves me with this really bad.... empty feeling that something terrible may happen to him. I swear he better not die -.- Not after all this shit. Anyways, I need to hush. I haven't even seen it for myself and i'm already jumping to conclusions. Gonna go watch it now instead of the cleaver games version of it.

*************POSSIBLE SPOILERS**************
If everything that is being said on the Bioware forums is to be believed, then none of the endings (even the best ones) will be happy endings. Alot of people have already cancelled preorders for the game because the endings are said to be all very sad endings. As for Garrus, from what I've heard, in the best ending, he won't be dead, but he will be stranded along with the rest of the crew of the Normandy on a planet with no means of escape. So basically, not dead, but he might as well be.
**************POSSIBLE SPOILER END****************
I haven't seen Jack with hair, but EDI is going to be in the game (as a playable character) or so I've heard. She's going to get her own android body that she downloads herself into. Interesting...

That figures....
I didn't want to believe it was true. But EA will always milk any idea, no matter what it is, dry and to the bone. So if you're saying is true, of course this doesn't settle well with me. And now i'm wondering if indeed, this is just going to be a three game storyline. (highly doubtful at this point) I seem to think it won't be if they are intending on ending it so bad. Railroad seems to think otherwise. He tried explaining it to me from his POV saying, "well Cyn, you knew it was going to be the end of the world sort of gameplay. Why would it end pleasantly?" He made a few more points in which I pretty much scoffed and went on my way. Idk tho... I'd love another game but damn! I just wanted it to have some sort of conclusion. Now I get this horrible feeling like it's fucking Final Fantasy XIII all over again. The never ending cycle of games where it's just the abbreviated original cast and cameo's of the other members from the follow up games. I swear....anyways! I'll still love it no matter what. I know for damn sure i'm not going to be one of the idiotic people to cancel my order simply because it was leaked that the ending isn't going to be sunshine and rainbows. That to me is just dumb.
Anyways! In less than twelve hours I'm gonna head down to Gamestop. They are kicking off the midnight release at 10pm there and have some refresments and said they are gonna have a play off of multiplayer mode. Get the best teams and pit them against eachother to win some sort of instore discounts or something of anothe. I dunno, all I know is I just wanna go down and hang out for a few hours and get my copy >.<

It sounds like you're talking about Final Fantasy VII more than XIII. Although I'm sure in time XIII will get the million plus shitty ass sequels that VII got. I'll save my hate rants for FF for another thread.
Anyways, I heard about the ending over the weekend and I'm not very surprised. Still going to get it regardless but no fucking way am I going to be there for the midnight release with all the gamer faggots I live around. Plus I have to work in the morning.

Well after pretty much spending the whole night with the game I can safely say this much:
The game is amazing. My only real gripe with it is how royally they fucked up the mission journal. Whereas before, you could easily pull up your mission journal and it would point you in the right direction, now its very vague and only offers a cursory description of your mission without really telling you what to do next. For most games that wouldn't be a significant gripe, but in ME3 it really kills the experience when you're running around on a really long mission.

Yeah, the freaking Citidel was a clusterfuck of mini missions for me. I swear the first time I really got to walk around with the commons and the nightclub opened up, I thought I was gonna rip my hair out. Still a long ways from the ending. Doesn't help I don't have my own 360 anymore so I have to "share" it. I guess that's a good thing because if it was the other way around, I'd probably have had it finished or damn near anyways.

As of this writing I'm just starting the final part of the game. I'll stand by my earlier assessment of the game, but I will add to it that it is VERY glitchy (at least on the PC version). Still, it was a sweet ride that I will certainly jump right back into with a different class to spice things up. Oh, and the multiplayer surprisingly much more fun than even the demo would have had me believe. Too bad its essentially a forced mechanic if you wnat 100% galactic readiness.

It’s safe to say I no longer feel like finishing up the game…
I’m sure I will at some point, just not now. Not anytime in the near future. But hopefully you guys will enjoy making it to whatever conclusion the game leads you to.
